These terms cover your use of adaptautomations.com, operated by Adapt Automations LLC ("Adapt Automations," "I," "me"), a Georgia limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, the respectful move is to close the tab.
This site describes my services, lets you contact me, book a walkthrough, pay invoices, and, for clients, sign in to a portal. The content is provided for general information about what I do. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation until we have an engagement in writing.
Buying services from Adapt Automations happens under a separate written Services Agreement and statement of work that we both sign. If anything on this website and a signed agreement ever say different things, the signed agreement wins. Prices shown on this site are honest starting points, and the exact quote for your business comes out of the walkthrough.
Payments made through this site are processed by Stripe under your invoice or the payment page's stated terms. Refund terms for specific offerings (like the Pilot's 30-day guarantee) are stated where the offering is described and in the Services Agreement.
Portal access is for clients and their authorized people. Keep your sign-in email account secure; sign-in links are for you, not for forwarding. I can suspend portal access to protect it or you, and will tell you if I do.
Don't attack, probe, scrape at abusive volume, attempt to breach, or otherwise interfere with this site or its users. Don't submit forms pretending to be someone you're not.
The content of this site (text, design, graphics, code) belongs to Adapt Automations LLC. That said, work product I build for clients belongs to the client per their Services Agreement; that's the whole point of how I do business.
The site is provided "as is." I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it's error-free or uninterrupted, and information may change without notice.
To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, Adapt Automations LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and total liability related to the website itself is limited to $100. (Liability for actual client engagements is addressed in the Services Agreement, not here.)
The site links out to services like Stripe and Cal.com. Their terms govern what happens on their pages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute about the website belongs in the state or federal courts covering Lowndes County, Georgia.
