Where do I find my Google review link?+
Sign in to Google with the account that manages your Business Profile, search for your business name on Google, and look for the Ask for reviews button (sometimes Get more reviews or Share review form) in the profile panel. Copy the link it shows; it usually starts with g.page/r/ and ends in /review. That is the link to paste here.
What is a Place ID and can I use that instead?+
A Place ID is the code Google uses for your listing, usually a string that starts with ChIJ. If you have it, paste it in the same box and the tool builds the review link for you.
Is anything stored or sent anywhere?+
No. The QR code and the card are drawn in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else, nothing is saved, and a refresh starts over.
How big should I print it?+
The downloaded PNG is 1200 by 1600 pixels, which prints cleanly at 4 by 5 inches or larger. The print button lays the card out on its own page. A QR code scans best when it is at least an inch wide and sits flat.
Does the QR code expire?+
The code holds your review link and nothing else, so it works for as long as the link does. If Google ever changes your link, make a new card.
Want reviews to ask for themselves?
A card on the counter works. A finished job that texts the customer a review link on its own works every time. That is one of the five $500 Pilots: built on your tools, live in 5 business days, 30 days to decide. If this card made you think about reviews, the automated version is a short conversation away.
